Thoughts – unhelpful and unhealthy

The behaviour we experience because of these thoughts

Working together to make positive change

Light Touch Reflexology

Working gently on your feet to achieve a holistic treatment for the whole body which is deeply relaxing and therapeutic, and can be helpful when trying to conceive, either naturally or assisted.

We all get anxious from time to time, but being affected by anxiety, on one level can be uncomfortable or hold you back from doing the things you’d like to, then on another level it can be overwhelming and inhibiting.  The conditions I help using the power of Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy and Light Touch Reflexology are wide-ranging but centre around anxiety, stress, phobias, fears and infertility.

My mission is to help you address the problem and together we will work using a variety of interventions to achieve a successful outcome for you.
